We are seeking an Intern Sales Campaign Specialist to join our global Agency Sales team, where innovation knows no borders. This team helps travel agencies compete with sharper insight, smarter booking solutions and stronger commercial partnerships. As an Intern Sales Campaign Specialist, you will help execute go-to-market activities and coordinate communications for customers across the region. You will connect university learning with real-world experience by supporting marketing campaigns and organizing webinar logistics. This role requires an editorial mindset, sharp attention to detail and a highly collaborative approach to working within a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
Coordinate webinar logistics by managing presenter calendars, registration lists and event communication to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Support the execution of customer communications by preparing newsletters, product updates and event calendars.
Enhance sales presentations and marketing materials to ensure high quality and clear messaging for regional teams.
Load email templates and distribute communications using marketing automation tools to streamline regional outreach.
Use automation and smart workflows within Customer Relationship Management, or CRM, platforms to reduce manual effort and improve campaign tracking quality.
What you'll bring
Current university student in marketing, communications, languages or translation, currently in the second year of study or beyond.
Strong communication skills in Portuguese along with proficiency in English or Spanish to support regional proof-reading.
Proven attention to detail and an editorial mindset focused on creating engaging content for diverse audiences.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a global matrixed team environment and adapt to fast-paced workflows.
Practical experience or familiarity using CRM tools and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce and Pardot.
