WHAT’S THE ROLE?This Sales & Marketing internship is a 3-month full-time rotation program designed to help you understand Stryker Korea’s commercial business from the inside.

Experience scope
Sales and Marketing exposure across both rotations
You will work alongside Stryker Korea employees who are professionals in their fields. Their perspectives will help you understand our business, its demands and its rewards. You will also be given opportunities to contribute to real work, business-relevant projects and day-to-day commercial activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand the medical device industry and commercial business.
- Understand customer touchpoints and sales activities through sales field shadowing, and support related tasks.
- Support sales data analysis and commercial operations.
- Support marketing MedEd programs and customer events.
- Support marketing material development and campaign execution.
- Carry out cross-functional projects or process improvement assignments.
- Data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Interest in commercial business, sales or marketing.
- Enjoys learning, adapting and taking on challenges in a new environment.
