ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Operational Support
- Maintain legal document repositories and trackers
- Assist in organizing contracts, precedents, and templates
- Support internal reporting, implementation of legal review tool and legal dashboards
Legal Research & Advisory
- Conduct legal research on applicable laws, including:
- Payments regulations
- Financial services laws
- Data protection laws (e.g., UAE PDPL, KSA PDPL)
- Prepare concise research notes, legal memos, and briefing papers
- Support in monitoring regulatory developments impacting the business
Skills Required
