The Activewear Value Stream delivers high-performance sportswear and athleisure solutions designed for technical functionality, durability and everyday versatility— serving sports, lifestyle and performance segments. The Activewear product range offers diverse solutions such as Knit, Fleece, Tees, Woven, Sweaters, Engineered Knit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Travel across plants to assist with recruitment functions.
- Assist in identifying and reviewing CVs for open roles within the division.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts and assist with recruitment campaigns.
- Support initiatives aimed at boosting internal applicant engagement through targeted programs.
- Help in managing recruitment processes, preparing dashboards, and maintaining accurate databases and records.
- Provide administrative assistance for recruitment events, including job fairs and open house sessions.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Full or part professional qualification or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes would be advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to travel across all geographical areas.
