The Public Affairs Intern will support the Public Affairs team in delivering strategic communications and stakeholder engagement initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to government advisory, policy tracking, and integrated communications in a fast-paced environment. The intern will assist with research, content development, and day-to-day account support across multiple clients and projects.
Job Responsibilities- Conduct research and monitor political, policy, and regulatory developments relevant to clients.
- Support the preparation of briefs, reports, agendas, and client materials.
- Assist in developing ideas and insights to support client campaigns and objectives.
- Track and summarize key news and stakeholder activity across sectors.
- Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support across accounts.
- Attend industry events and policy discussions where relevant.
- Support the team on ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Public Policy, International Relations, Political Science, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in public affairs and strategic communications.
- Basic understanding of regional political and regulatory landscape is a plus.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
