ABOUT THE ROLE

You will help our Project Team test, verify and record data on the project.

This is a great opportunity to learn, grow and gain real-world experience!

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Help organize and file project documents – both paper and electronic.
  • Enter information into our systems carefully and accurately.
  • Help validate data everyday.
  • Record test results and note any issues you spot.
  • Help keep our lists of issues up to date.
  • Give general support to the project team.

1. KNOWLEDGE

  • Fundamental accounting concepts – debits and credits, the general ledger, and reconciliation
  • Awareness of data confidentiality and data protection principles
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Basic understanding of financial products (loans, deposits, fixed deposits)
  • Basic exposure to systems
  • Principles of document and records management

2. SKILLS

  • Accurate, high-volume data entry
  • Microsoft Excel – data entry, sorting and filtering, basic formulas
  • Clear, consistent record keeping and logging
  • Organizing and filing documents – hard and soft copies using version control
  • Written and verbal communication
  • Time management and prioritization

3. ABILITIES

  • High attention to detail and accuracy, including in repetitive tasks
  • Ability to follow structured procedures
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly
  • Ability to identify, flag and escalate discrepancies appropriately
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
