What You’ll Do
Deploy and maintain IT systems and POS infrastructure
Respond to service tickets and perform on-site support
Monitor system uptime and network performance
Implement backup, security, and disaster recovery protocols
Train retail staff and document solutions
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in system support (retail experience is
a plus!)
- Knowledge of POS systems, retail networks, and backup tools
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
