Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or Chemistry. An advanced degree or equivalent relevant experience is considered a plus.
Language Skills: Professional-level English
Skills: analytical problem-solving abilities, along with knowledge of scientific and engineering principles.
Work Ethic: Independent, committed, and reliable way of working.
