Key Responsibilities:

  • Help monitor open PR/PO statuses and follow up with requestors or vendors as needed.
  • Prepare and organize procurement documents, SOPs, and templates on Confluence.
  • Upload contracts accurately to the designated eContract folders and ensure proper naming conventions and documentation.
  • Support the VIM improvement project by following up on pending VIMs and assisting in generating simple reports or summaries as requested.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve queries.
  • Participate in procurement-related improvement initiatives and process reviews.
  • Perform other administrative and coordination duties as required by the Procurement team.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced team environment
  • Exposure to procurement processes is a plus

Internship Duration:

  • Minimum six months internship.
