Project Title: Value proposition assessment of process evaluations in NAND High Aspect Ratio process loop
Project Description: This internship aims to provide the training and learning experience on the advanced NAND high aspect ratio process formation as well as cross loop integration, acquire and apply analytical skills and hypothesis building to assess the risk and rewards of a process change to the product yield and quality.
Scope: In this project, the student will learn
- The complexity on high aspect ratio processes in NAND and interactions with upstream and downstream processes for integration
- The changes in process evaluations and how it impact on wafer
- Probe testing knowledge or failure analysis characterization for troubleshooting
Deliverable:
- Able to give clear and relative accurate assessment on the evaluations
- Able to collaborate with other teams to achieve the desired results from the process evaluations and provide mitigation plan if needs
Skillset Require: Basic semiconductor fabrication knowledge is good to have
