A DAY IN A LIFE

At Teleport, we’re building toward IPO — and that means doing the boring things well. Execution, discipline, and follow-through matter as much as big ideas.

Your day will be varied, often crossing functions, but most of your time will focus on delivering results, owning your scope end-to-end, making fast, data-informed decisions, and following through on fundamentals like reporting, documentation, and processes.

How we work matters as much as what we achieve. Doing the basics right, every time, sets us up for success. 

Most of your time will be spent driving impact through:

  • Assist with onboarding, employee documentation, and HR administration.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities (Community Connect), training sessions, and people initiatives.
  • Support performance management activities, including calibration exercises.
  • Assist in organizational projects, workforce planning, and restructuring initiatives when required.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Prepare and consolidate people-related reports (Timekeeping, Overtime and Productivity).
  • Work with HR data and help maintain employee records and dashboards.
  • Partner with various teams across the business to support people-related matters.

REQUIREMENTS

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role: 

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good analytical thinking.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and ready to roll up their sleeves to support real people and business initiatives.
