Job Description:
● Perform state/federal tax calculations & payments, reports, month-end journals, and GL
reconciliations.
● Day-to-day contact with the onshore payroll teams for payroll processing activities.

You Also Have:
● Bachelor's Degree in Finance (Full-time).
● Financial aptitude with minimum 2-3 years of work experience in Corporate Finance with
MNCs/GICs, with preference to Retail industry and minimum 6 months experience with
North American payroll.
● Experience Workday payroll platform
● Prior experience in US/Canada payroll will be preferred.
As The Associate, Payroll Processing, You Will:
● Ensure adherence to Payroll and HR policies, internal control and audit requirements,
and service standards at all times.
● Ensure all required period end close activities are completed according to the close
schedule.
● Review accounting entries / month end account reconciliations as part of period end
close activities.
● Support, as required, any government audits or requests for information.
