At Kroll, we're not just about transactions; we're about making an impact. As an Intern in our Operation practice, you’ll be superb in assistance of the general day-to-day office operations of Kroll Manila. In addition to the standard Operation Intern responsibilities, this position needs to provide first level support and issue resolution to managers and remote teams. To be successful in this role, we need a candidate who is well-organized, has great time management skills and is proactive in nature.

Navigating Responsibilities
Performs support with the office clerical duties in any of KROLL business lines (mostly with Admin, Human Resources, Finance, and other business lines needing support).
Receives and directs phone calls on deliveries and visitors; provides right information on department services and operations if needed.
Prepares new hire kits before the onboarding orientations, updating weekly records of the inventory.
Refilling of the office pantry every Monday and Wednesday.
Keep track with the releasing of HMO, ATM and Kroll ID cards and communications with the employees.
Assist in creating and maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
Attend scheduled meetings, take minutes, and distribute quick summaries (if needed).
Be present at KROLL Manila events and activities and extend a helping hand if needed.
Other ad hoc tasks as required by the Office Coordinator
