The PaaS Intern’s mission is to assist the Operations with tasks set out by the PaaS Team, such
as research, data capturing, and working closely with different team members. Other
responsibilities will also be entrusted to them in pursuit of the team’s goal to find growth
opportunities and generate long-term value for the company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations Processes
- Fulfills tasks set out by the team lead/supervisor of PaaS – L1/L2 Team
- Attends the stand - up meetings and takes the minutes if assigned or if necessary
- Creates, inputs, formats, and updates an array of projects and reports using different productivity suites i.e., Google suite, Microsoft Excel, Office, Asana, Canva etc.
- Communicates regularly and collaborates with the immediate supervisor and other team members on the status of assigned project(s)
- Maintains files and generates status information
- Develops business acumen by attending available training and initiating efforts in understanding Payreto’s business
- Researches information needed through various online sources
Additional Duties:
- Assists the Operations Team in other clerical/administrative tasks
- Generates reports, assists and performs other official work as instructed by the immediate supervisor.
