We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers hands-on experience in a variety of marketing functions with regional exposure. As a key support to our marketing initiatives, you’ll gain valuable insights into campaign planning, content creation, digital marketing, and data analysis.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and events, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Provide cross-regional support for key marketing initiatives and projects
- Contribute to the creation and development of marketing collaterals, including fund flyers, one-pagers, videos, etc.
- Support translation workflows and bilingual content (English and Traditional Chinese)
- Conduct research and assist in sourcing and producing holiday gifts and branded corporate merchandise
- Gather, compile, and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
- Ensure consistency across datasets, benchmarks, and disclosures in materials
- Cross-functional coordination
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Economics, Business or related disciplines
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail
- Highly organized with solid project management abilities and problem solving skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is an advantage, but not required; strong interest in investing and financial markets is preferred
