Requirements

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to support our global marketing operations. This is a generalist role designed for a candidate who is organized, eager to learn, and capable of working independently. This is a 360-degree role where you will assist every vertical, including SEO, Content, Performance, Lifecycle, and Brand. You will act as the operational backbone of the team, ensuring execution happens smoothly across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data & Analytics Support: Assist in compiling weekly and monthly marketing reports. You will pull data from multiple sources (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Ad Platforms), clean the data in Excel/Sheets, and update performance dashboards for the leadership team.
  • Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and research new market trends to support strategy for regional expansion.
  • Social Media & Community: Schedule daily posts across our social media platforms. Monitor brand mentions and engage with our community to ensure responsiveness.
  • Lifecycle & CRM: Support email marketing campaigns by helping with list management, setting up test sends in HubSpot, and monitoring email deliverability.
  • General Operations: Assist the Marketing Lead with administrative tasks, deck preparation, and coordination between internal stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Requirements

  • Data Literacy: You are comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets. You know your way around Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs are a plus) and enjoy finding patterns in data.
  • Operational Versatility: You are a fast learner who can switch context quickly, moving from an SEO spreadsheet to a creative design task without losing focus.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning new software quickly. Experience with tools like Canva, Excel/Google Sheets, or AI tools (ChatGPT) is expected. Familiarity with HubSpot or Google Analytics is a plus.
  • High Agency: You are self-motivated and solution-oriented. You can take a broad instruction and figure out the execution details independently.
