The Team:

We're looking for a motivated and curious intern to join our Marketing Production & Creative Operations team at Celonis. In this role, you will be an integral part of our digital asset management operations,helping us organize, maintain, and optimize our asset libraries across two key platforms: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Wistia and Monday.com work management. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility from day one. You'll work closely with our production team and get a deep understanding of how a global B2B tech company manages its creative and video assets at scale.

  • A 6-month full-time internship with real ownership and meaningful work from day one

The work you’ll do:

  • Support the day-to-day management of our digital asset library in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including uploading, tagging, organizing, and maintaining assets
  • Manage and maintain our video asset library in Wistia, including metadata, organization, and access management
  • Help develop and improve asset taxonomy, naming conventions, and folder structures to keep our DAM systems clean and scalable
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (designers, marketers, production managers) to ensure assets are findable and up to date
  • Support the rollout of DAM best practices and help document processes and guidelines for the broader team
  • Identify and flag outdated, duplicate, or missing assets and work with the team to resolve them
  • Assist with ad hoc operational tasks within the Marketing Production & Creative Operations team


The qualifications you need:

  • Enrolled Student of marketing/business studies to get real-world experience in a fast-paced performance-oriented team
  • A basic understanding of digital tools and platforms – you're comfortable navigating new software and learning quickly
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail – you enjoy bringing structure to complexity
  • A proactive attitude and genuine willingness to learn; you don't wait to be told what to do next
  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with the team
  • Experience with digital asset management tools (e.g., AEM, Wistia, Bynder, Canto, or similar) is a
    plus, but not required
  • A background or interest in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is welcome
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Located in Madrid an able to work one-site from the Celonis Office in Madrid
  • Full-time availability (40h/week) for 6 months
