Your tasks
- Support in the planning, organization and implementation of exclusive customer events, sponsorship activities and internal events – from preparation to implementation and follow-up.
- Coordination of organizational processes, in particular invitation management, participant lists, event documents as well as coordination with hotels, event locations, agencies, service providers and internal departments.
- Preparation and preparation of presentations, briefings as well as marketing and communication documents and support in the preparation of management meetings and appointments.
- Collaborate on marketing and communication projects, including research on economic and social issues, as well as support in the creation of content for internal and external communication channels.
- Support in the management of exclusive customer and networking events and participation in their professional implementation.
- Support in day-to-day operations – from the maintenance of marketing documents and databases to project and budget administration to the organization of a wide range of administrative and coordinative tasks within the marketing team.
- Ongoing or completed studies with a focus on marketing, communication, business, event management or a comparable discipline.
- Initial practical experience in the premium segment is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
- You work in a structured, careful and independent manner and keep track of several projects and tasks.
- You have a high level of quality awareness, a strong service orientation and an eye for detail.
- You have very good German and English skills as well as a confident handling of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- You enjoy working in a team, show initiative and want to take on responsibility.

You will take on responsibility step by step, work closely with internal and external partners and gain a comprehensive insight into the marketing of an internationally active private bank. For this position, the yearly gross starting salary is at least EUR 42,000.--. The specific salary classification is based on the individual qualification and the professional experience relevant to the position.
