Key Responsibilities:
- Support Corporate, Local Operations team with analysis of plant performance - Financials, Operational KPIs, etc.
- Support the business by conducting weekly stock [RM, SFG, FG inventory] meetings, coordinating with multiple stakeholders across functions.
- Support in SAP [ERP system] related activities - recording, reporting, analysis and follow up.
- Prepare daily reports on sewing WIP, FTT, other operational KPIs, etc. based on SAP data.
- Support team with LRP and Budgeting Activities.
- Follow-up and monitor progress of other special projects assigned.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Final year undergraduates or fresh graduates in Business Management or International Relations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications - MS Excel and Power Point.
- Very good communication and coordination skills.
- Good command of the English language.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) is an added advantage.
