KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow up and monitor the status of shipments to ensure timely delivery and customs clearance.
- Prepare and organize final shipping documents, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Maintain and manage shipping records and documentation according to customs laws and customer requirements for the specified retention period.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve any issues related to logistics and customs clearance.
- Support the logistics team in optimizing the supply chain process and improving operational efficiency.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Undergraduate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain processes, and customs procedures.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic logistics environment
