Intern – Local Operations
(Based at MAS Linea Intimo – Biyagama)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Corporate/Local Operations team with analysis of plant performance - Financials, Operational KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), etc.
Conduct weekly inventory review meetings covering Raw Materials, Semi-Finished Goods, and Finished Goods, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support in SAP [ERP system] related activities - recording, reporting, analysis and follow up
- Prepare daily reports on Sewing Work-in-Progress, First Time Through, and other key operational performance metrics based on SAP data
- Support team with Long Range Planning and Budgeting Activities
- Follow-up and monitor progress of other special projects assigned
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Business Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning systems, particularly SAP, is an added advantage.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work confidently with data and numbers.
Effective communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
