KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project coordination and execution.
- Assist in creating and preparing presentations, reports, and project documentation.
- Follow up with Strategic Business Units (SBUs) on data collection, requirement gathering, and status updates.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities by coordinating with teams and ensuring smooth execution.
- Take meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
- Participate in process mapping activities to document and improve business workflows.
- Assist in preparing digital training materials and user guides based on system gate requirements & provide administrative.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate in Statistics, Business analytics, Physical Science from a recognized university.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to prepare clear presentations, reports, and documentation.
- Basic understanding of business processes, process mapping, and workflow documentation is an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and follow up proactively with stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Interest in digital transformation, systems implementation, and training support.
Skills Required
