Intern – Lean Enterprise
(Based at Bodywear - Ratmalana)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Presentation creation support and preparation
- Following up with SBUs on data and requirement gathering
- Getting involved in and supporting the teams at the UATs
- Taking minutes at the meetings and following up with the stakeholders
- Involvement and assisting in process mapping
- Digital Training material prep based on system gates
- Digital data and documentation filing and 5S
- Need to be able to work on Micro soft Team, e mail, good excel and work document usability
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Sustainability Management, Business Management, or a related field.
Proficiency in both English and Sinhala, with strong communication skills in languages.
Proficiency in Microsoft Package, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
