Key Responsibilities
- Assist the prepare Key Performance Indicators (KPI) on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Support to monitor the progress of the “Kaizen Hours” with the involvement of relevant employees on a daily basis and support them to complete the Kaizens in a timely manner.
- Facilitate PDCA’s as and when a problem occurs with the relevant employees.
- Assist to monitor the Progress of MOS within the department and ensure that all employees get involved in MOS initiatives.
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures, safety standards, and work instructions.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate in Science or Mathematical background.
- Negotiation and Relationship Building Empathy & Understanding others.
- Communication Analytical & Data Drive
Skills Required
- Undergraduate in Science or Mathematics
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies
- Familiarity with Kaizen and 5S practices
- Ability to prepare and monitor KPIs
- Negotiation and relationship-building skills; empathy and understanding others
- Communication skills; analytical and data-driven approach
