Key Responsibilities:
- Support Team Leader and Group Leader functions in daily operations.
- Support plant‐wide 5S activities, audits, and improvement initiatives.
- Support Lean, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement projects.
- Support KPI monitoring and performance improvement initiatives.
- Collect and analyze production and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
Knowledge and Skills:
Final year undergraduate or a fresh graduate in Physical Science, Management, Statistics, Mathematics.
Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
Good communication skills and team working.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage.
