The Role
Position Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated Software Engineering Interns from leading technical universities who are passionate about Java and Open Source technologies. This internship is designed as a structured talent incubation program, where selected interns will undergo intensive technical training, work on real-world projects, and demonstrate their ability to grow into full-time Software Engineers within the organization. This role offers a strong foundation in enterprise software development, modern open-source ecosystems, and professional engineering practices.
Responsibilities:
• Basic knowledge of Java or any object-oriented programming language
• Familiarity with open-source concepts or willingness to learn
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• High level of curiosity, ownership, and eagerness to learn
• Ability to commit to the full duration of the internship program
• Assist in designing, developing, testing, and debugging software components
• Work closely with senior engineers on real-world enterprise projects.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Enrollment in recognized technical universities or engineering institutes
