As an IT Intern at Quantios, you will support internal systems and technology platforms that underpin our products and services. This role provides hands-on exposure to enterprise IT environments, fintech platforms, and operational systems used to support governance, compliance, and financial administration solutions.
You will work closely with the IT and Technology teams to assist in system support, application management, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Quantios’ products and digital platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level IT support for internal users (hardware, software, access, and system issues).
- Assist in maintaining and supporting Quantios technology platforms and internal applications related to client, fund, and entity management.
- Support user access management, system onboarding/offboarding, and basic security controls.
- Assist with system testing, documentation, and user guides for internal tools and product platforms.
- Support data accuracy and system configuration activities within Quantios products.
- Help monitor system performance, incident logs, and service requests.
- Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, product enhancements, or process automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Compliance) to resolve technical issues.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, applications, and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office 365, and basic troubleshooting.
- Interest in fintech, enterprise systems, or financial services technology.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- At least CGPA 3.0 pointer above.
