About the role
Be at the forefront of innovation and collaboration when you join us as an IT Project Management Intern! You will be setting up and coordinating important meetings, creating and maintaining meeting minutes, keeping project documentation updated, and ensuring all action items are on track. Thrive in a vibrant environment and develop essential soft skills such as effective written and verbal communication, task prioritization and time management, and adaptability to changing requirements. Dive deep into the IT project life cycle and gain technical skills including knowledge of SAP project implementation, proficiency in project management tools like Jira, and expertise in creating and maintaining project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Setting up and coordinating meetings for SAP projects

Creating and maintaining meeting minutes

Updating project documentation with thorough understanding of the SAP implementation process

Following up on action items to ensure a smooth SAP implementation
About you

Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data & Analytics, Supply Chain, or Business with an IT focus preferably

Project Management Skills: Basic understanding of project management principles, with strong organizational and time management skills and excellent written and verbal communication

Strong Individual Contributor and Team Player: Detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Growth Mindset: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
