We are currently seeking a Business Transformation Treasurer Intern to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur.

Successful candidates would be offered 6 months of internship.

About the mission we offer you: 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Transformation Treasury Intern to join our Corporate Treasury team. In this role, you will support testing, analysis, data management, and improvements related to Treasury systems enhancements, deployments, and automation projects. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in treasury operations, process optimization, and strategic transformation initiatives, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, automate workflows, and drive overall treasury performance.


 Job Purpose                              

The Internal Controller Intern will support the Local Internal Controller of TEN Malaysia for all Internal Control activities requested by the Corporate, particularly in the following tasks:

  • Planning and Monitoring: support the activities to meet deadlines, deliverables and standards requested by Corporate, with TEN Malaysia Local Internal Controller and Process Owners. 

  • Quality and Improvement: review and test the implemented controls and support the Process Owners during the testing campaign. 

  • Reporting: prepare progress reporting related to the Internal Control activities. 


Main Accountabilities

During internship

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating internal control activities in his/her areas of responsibility (planning, maintenance, and reporting of the Company Internal Control evaluation)
  • Conduct internal control assessment in accordance with Corporate Plan & Instructions
  • Follow up with remediation plan / corrective action proposed by Process Owners in the event that control deficiency identify during  Control Assessment phase

  • Strong work ethic.

  • Good interpersonal skills.

  • Pro-active and open to feedback.

  • Ability to analyze processes and formalize reports in due time.

Candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accounts or in related field (Final year student)
