About this opportunity:
We are responsible for building, integrating, and maintaining Core Network products that run on multiple platforms, including carrier-grade routers, virtual machines, and containers.
Our products support mobile traffic from more than 2 billion users worldwide, accounting for approximately 40% of global mobile traffic.
We are looking for interns to join our Core Network and IP Connectivity team to gain hands-on experience in large-scale telecom systems and modern cloud-native network technologies.
What you will do:
During this internship (1-2 months, preferably 2 months), you will:
- Support customer project activities, including testing, verification, and basic documentation tasks
- Assist in preparing technical documents such as test reports, configuration notes, and migration summaries
- Participate in hands-on lab activities including installation, configuration, integration, and basic troubleshooting
- Learn how to ensure quality and stability of network delivery under guidance from senior engineers
- Collaborate with local and remote engineering teams and gain exposure to real project workflows
You will learn / gain exposure to
- Core network systems and IP connectivity concepts
- Linux operating systems and basic networking environments
- Basic scripting skills (Shell / Python preferred)
- Introduction to virtualization and cloud technologies (VMware, OpenStack, Kubernetes, Containers)
- Telecom project lifecycle including integration and testing
- Team collaboration in a global engineering environment
You Will Bring
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields
- Basic understanding or strong interest in IP networking and telecom systems
- Familiarity with Linux environment is an advantage
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Fast learner with strong curiosity and problem-solving mindset
- Good English reading and writing skills
- Internship duration is 1-2 months, preferably 2 months.
