Key Responsibilities:
- Development Process Support: To coordinate and follow up on raw material and testing validation from internal and third-party labs
- Assist on sample Raw Material management functions in order to ensure on time delivery
- Cross-Department Coordination: Act as a key liaison between the sample room and business teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging technology trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and pitch materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support project execution by tracking timelines, deliverables and action items.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling effective prioritization and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships across teams.
Proficient in PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling presentations that convey ideas clearly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in one of the following disciplines:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile/Chemical/Material N/A
- Excellent communication skills and good command in English is a must
