- Data Analysis
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and analysing datasets to identify trends, insights, and key performance indicators.
- Support the preparation of summary reports and dashboards for internal use and stakeholder review.
- Conduct basic quantitative and qualitative analysis under team guidance.
- Data Cleaning & Management
- Perform data validation, cleaning, and formatting to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources into structured and usable formats.
- Support documentation of data definitions and data governance processes.
- Data Visualization
- Develop charts, graphs, and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Translate complex datasets into clear and digestible visual insights for management and stakeholders.
- Assist in enhancing visual storytelling to align with reporting objectives.
- Strategic Communication Materials Development
- Support the development of presentation decks, briefing notes, key messages, and campaign materials.
- Assist in converting data insights into structured communication narratives.
- Contribute to content development for internal campaigns, reports, and stakeholder engagements.
- Administrative & Project Support
- Provide coordination and administrative support for ongoing data and communication initiatives.
- Assist in research and benchmarking activities when required.
