Intern – Industrial Engineering
(Based at Bodywear - Rathmalana)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing database & assisting with department ongoing projects.
- Support team to carry out the activities in the critical path of the factory integration and quick changeover process to minimize bucket loss in the production.
- Support team to conduct Yamazumi and implementing special projects (dancing module, chassis base planning, machine uberization, continuous flow, Lean phase out) for the assigned modules to generate expected business results.
- Ensure compliance with the defined governance framework including upholding the MAS DNA, following group policies & procedures, best practices relevant laws & regulations and undertake every necessary action to comply with the governance framework.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Undergraduates in Engineering or any discipline from a recognized university.
- Negotiation & presentations skills.
