KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect and analyze production and operational data to identify improvement opportunities
- Support industrial engineering projects related to process optimization and efficiency improvement
- Prepare and present data analysis reports to relevant stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings by preparing analytical materials and supporting discussions
- Assist in audit preparation by compiling required data and documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment
- Maintain accurate records and reports for performance tracking
KEY QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Undergraduate or degree holder in Industrial Engineering
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collect, interpret, and present operational data effectively
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Basic understanding of process improvement and efficiency concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
