Key Responsibilities:
- Support Industrial Engineering activities related to manufacturing process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Assist in folder making and maintaining production related documentation.
- Participate in Standard Minute Value (SMV) studies and support production performance analysis.
- Assist in conducting basic mechanical operations and production process evaluations.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Support workflow optimization initiatives and continuous improvement projects within the manufacturing environment.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to Industrial Engineering activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and operational objectives.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Undergraduate in Textile Engineering, Apparel Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Basic understanding of garment manufacturing processes and Industrial Engineering concepts.
- Knowledge of SMV calculations, work measurement, and production efficiency analysis will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Skills Required
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Basic understanding of garment manufacturing processes and Industrial Engineering concepts.
