Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with time studies, work measurement, and method studies on production processes.
- Collect and analyze production data to identify productivity gaps and process inefficiencies.
- Support line balancing, capacity planning, and manpower utilization activities.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining IE reports, productivity reports, and performance dashboards.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
