A Day in the LifeBeca en el departamento de Operaciones de IHS en el equipo del Care Connect de dispositivos cardiacos implantables y bombas de insulina.
Las funciones a desempeñar correspondientes a la beca ofertada son:
• Formación en el funcionamiento de los dispositivos cardiacos implantables y bombas de insulina.
• Formación en las funcionalidades de las herramientas de monitorización remota de los dispositivos implantables y las bombas de insulina.
• Funciones técnicas y administrativas:
o Formar parte del equipo de Soporte al Seguimiento Remoto dentro de IHS en la gestión de la monitorización remota de dispositivos implantables y bombas de insulina.
o Controlar y asegurar la adherencia de los pacientes a los programas de seguimiento remoto de dispositivos cardiacos implantables (marcapasos, desfibriladores, resincronizadores y holter implantables) y bombas de insulina.
o Descargar diariamente las transmisiones recibidas de los hospitales a los que damos soporte de las distintas casas comerciales.
o Realizar tareas administrativas relacionadas con la monitorización remota en las webs de las distintas casas comerciales.
Requisitos mínimos:
- Proactividad.
- Capacidad de comunicación y de trabajo en equipo.
- Ganas de aprender y de asumir nuevos retos.
- Habilidad para trabajar en varios proyectos.
- Autonomía, capacidad para cumplir por sí mismo, gestionar las expectativas del proyecto con una mentalidad de resolución de problemas y excelencia.
- Responsabilidad.
Conocimientos:
• Nivel alto de inglés (Lectura: Nivel C1) / Escritura: Nivel C1/ Conversación: Nivel C1).
• Catalán (Nivel alto). Requisito opcional*.
• Paquete office Alto.
