The Activewear Value Stream delivers high-performance sportswear and athleisure solutions designed for technical functionality, durability and everyday versatility— serving sports, lifestyle and performance segments. - Support recruitment and onboarding process
- Maintain employee records
- Assist in performance management processes
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Undergraduate ‐ HR or relevant field
- Good & clear communication skills ‐ written & verbal
- Computer literacy MS Office - Excel, word, PowerPoint
- English and Sinhala language proficiency
