KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support on staff and Team member skill development program activities
- Facilitate to conduct staff and team member training programs
- Provide support for TL/GL project-related activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and design tools (Canva/Photoshop)
- Strong interest and passion for training and development
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
Skills Required
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Canva or Photoshop
- Strong interest in and passion for training and development
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team
