Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in handling employee grievances.
- Support in conducting disciplinary process and HC reconciliation.
- Coordinating the Onboarding process.
- Assisting in Executive and intern recruitment process
- Facilitate Training and Development programs.
Knowledge and skills
- Full or Part Qualification from a recognized University/Institute in Graduate in Business Administration.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
