Role Overview
The Human Resources Intern will join the HR function of a multinational company and, under the guidance of the assigned tutor, will support key HR activities related to employee lifecycle management, HR operations, internal communication, engagement, talent management and people development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operational activities, including employee documentation, onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Contribute to HR reporting, data preparation, presentations and internal summaries for management.
- Support internal HR communications by drafting messages, preparing content for internal channels and helping ensure clear and consistent communication to employees and managers, suggesting and implementing innovative multi channels approach.
- Assist the HR team in talent management and development activities, including development planning, learning initiatives and follow-up tracking.
- Support initiatives aimed at strengthening manager capabilities, employee development, feedback culture and performance conversations.
- Support activities related to HR projects at South Europe level, contributing to cross-country initiatives, materials preparation and progress tracking.
Candidate Profile
- University degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Business Administration, Communication or related fields.
- Self-motivated, proactive collaborative and curious attitude, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Strong interest in HR, employee experience, internal communication and talent development.
- Good organizational, analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge on AI technologies
- Fluency in Italian and good command of English, Spanish will be a plus
Italy Pay Ranges:
Italy: €9.600 EUR Annual
