The Role

Overview

Responsibilities

  • Biete administrative Unterstützung für die Personalabteilung. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören die Pflege von Personaldaten und die Bearbeitung allgemeiner HR-Anfragen
  • Bereite Onboarding-Dokumentationen vor und unterstütze die Entwicklung eines umfassenden Onboardings
  • Unterstütze bei der Vorbereitung interner Schulungen und Workshops
  • Unterstütze bei einer Vielzahl von lokalen und globalen Projekten in Bezug auf Reorganisation, Umstrukturierung und Digitalisierung


Qualifications

  • Immatrikulation im Studienfach Betriebswirtschaft, Personalmanagement, Psychologie oder einem gleichwertigen Studiengang
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Personalmanagement sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch
  • Interkulturelle Denkweise, Auslandserfahrung ist von Vorteil
  • Proaktiv und kreativ in der Entwicklung neuer Ideen
  • Fähigkeit, unabhängig zu arbeiten und mehrere Aufgaben zu übernehmen
  • Offene und diskrete Kommunikationsweise
