Responsibilities
- Biete administrative Unterstützung für die Personalabteilung. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören die Pflege von Personaldaten und die Bearbeitung allgemeiner HR-Anfragen
- Bereite Onboarding-Dokumentationen vor und unterstütze die Entwicklung eines umfassenden Onboardings
- Unterstütze bei der Vorbereitung interner Schulungen und Workshops
- Unterstütze bei einer Vielzahl von lokalen und globalen Projekten in Bezug auf Reorganisation, Umstrukturierung und Digitalisierung
Qualifications
- Immatrikulation im Studienfach Betriebswirtschaft, Personalmanagement, Psychologie oder einem gleichwertigen Studiengang
- Erste Erfahrungen im Personalmanagement sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
- Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch
- Interkulturelle Denkweise, Auslandserfahrung ist von Vorteil
- Proaktiv und kreativ in der Entwicklung neuer Ideen
- Fähigkeit, unabhängig zu arbeiten und mehrere Aufgaben zu übernehmen
- Offene und diskrete Kommunikationsweise
