Job Description
The Talent Development & Enablement Intern will gain hands-on experience in transformational talent enablement and learning initiatives, with a focus on talent initiatives related to global competencies launch and campaign, performance management transformation, and developing and delivering corporate learning programs. The intern will also collaborate with other departments in cross-functional initiatives related to individual development plan launch, HR process changes, and leadership development programming.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in and support strategic HR initiatives
- Assist with survey and data, analysis, modeling, and reporting
- Assist in competency assessments, activating training plans, and development of communications for various projects
- Assist with development of training materials and supporting the learning/user adoption objectives of various functional and skills-based initiatives
Learning Objectives:
- Gain understanding of best practices of CBI’s talent strategy
- Gain practical experience in planning and rolling out global initiatives
- Gain hands-on experience in HR processes, data analysis, and learning programming
Qualifications:
- Area of Study(s): Pursuing a Undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business, Communications, Marketing, and Human Resources
- MS Office, Camtasia or Articulate Storyline a plus
- Ability to work independently and to learn new concepts quickly
- Strong focus on quality and timely work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and trouble-shooting skills
- Prefer strong Excel skills to assist with ideas on reporting and templates for training and competency data

The salary range for this role is:
$18.00 - $29.50 an hour
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
