MAS Fabric Park is Sri Lanka's first and only privately owned apparel intensive free trade zone. Its operations focus primarily on the development and value addition of fabrics. The Park spans across a sprawling 110 acres in Thulhiriya and Giriulla, playing a strategic role in the vertical integration of the MAS supply chain as well as leading critical sustainability targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling MAS Malima day to day operation
Database management of candidate details and CVs
Organizing traditional and digital recruitment campaigns for different MAS SBUs
Conducting research project on unemployment in Gampaha, Kegalle, Kurunegala districts
Representing MAS Malima for district and divisional level physical or online job fairs organized by government authorities
Preparing weekly dashboard of Malima Project
Knowledge and skills:
Degree or Diploma in HRM / Business Management
Skills Required
- Degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Management
