Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement office procedures and practices.
- Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures.
- Maintaining the general upkeep of the premises.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure safety and security.
- Attend to general issues and fixing simple problems.
- Contact relevant personnel for troubleshooting complex issues.
- Interact with clients, vendors and customers.
- Work with the Canada team from time to time.
- Oversee and direct staff as required.
- Excellent communicator with taking part in sales cycle and/or HR cycle.

Requirements
- MBA / BBA in human resources or business management preferred and / or candidates from MCA / BCA / Engineer.
- Proven experience working in a professional office environment.
- Preference given to applicants with proficiency in technology and Microsoft applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High standards of customer service.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Great team player.
- Enthusiastic and passionate with a positive attitude.
- Has to have team lead abilities.
Office time: 10:00 AM IST to 07:00 PM IST
