Wells Fargo is seeking a Risk Analytics Associate.
In this role, you will:
- Participate in low-risk initiatives within Risk Analytics
- Review process production, and model documentation in alignment with policy, analyzing trends in current population
- Receive direction from manager
- Exercise judgment within Risk Analytics while developing understanding of analytic models, policies, and procedures
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to manager and experienced managers
- 6+ months of Risk Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Advanced desktop skills in MS Office products especially MS Excel and tools like SQL, Power BI & Alteryx
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Ability to be agile, flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business requirements.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
- Responsible for data integrity, data aggregation, analysis and interpretation in support of the monitoring and oversight of the credit portfolio, market risk or capital.
- Delivers insights and decision strategies to maximize profits and/or asset growth, mitigate credit risk, manage operating losses and other risk exposures.

- At least 6 months of Risk Analytics experience, or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education
