The Role:
As an Intern or Working Student Global Events & Experiences U.S you join our Global Events Team in New York City to focus on supporting the planning, coordination and execution of our Global Events. Your main responsibilities will be supporting internal employee focused events (CKO, Incentive, SKO), as well as externally facing road show events.
You will gain experience in supporting the planning and execution of a variety of event styles, and you will work closely with our agencies and internal departments.
The work you’ll do:
- Collaborate with global event directors to support diverse event formats, including incentive programs, SKOs, CKOs, and global roadshows, gaining hands-on experience in world-class event execution.
- Dive into the details by cleaning and organizing event-related documents, ensuring data accuracy, and helping maintain seamless workflows that set the stage for successful events.
- Act as a vital connector by liaising with field marketing teams and event managers, fostering strong communication and alignment across teams to bring event visions to life.
- Build your expertise in data management by reviewing and analyzing datasets, contributing to impactful decision-making in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Be part of something extraordinary as you learn the ins and outs of global event planning while contributing to unforgettable experiences that leave a lasting impact.
The qualifications you need:
- Current Bachelor’s/Master’s student in marketing, corporate communications, public relations, business, or other related degree
- Prior internship experience is a plus
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines
- Approach projects with a sense of urgency and demonstrate a proactive follow-up and strong follow-through mentality
- Energetic, high performer with a willingness to take initiative and a positive can do attitude
- Strong and effective communicational skills
- Fluency in German or other languages is a plus
- Availability starting June/July 2025
The base pay range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule.
Total compensation package will include base pay and sick time off. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and that the actual total compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.
