Intern, Finance (AR & Treasury)

Summary:

The Intern will support the Accounts revivable & Treasury team in managing day-to-day operations and driving process improvements across customer-facing processes. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of AR & Treasury activities, timely issue resolution, and adherence to established controls and procedures
 

1. OTC Operations Support

• Support day-to-day Accounts receivables & Treasury activities and ensure 
• timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Assist in monitoring process performance and operations.
• Support customer account management activities and resolve queries in 
• coordination with internal teams.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of transactional data and records.
• Maintain process documentation and support compliance with established 
• controls and procedures.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Service, 
• Finance, Supply Chain, IT Teams and External (Bank Financial institutes, 
• Auditors).
• Support coordination across functions to resolve operational issues and 
• improve customer experience.
• Participate in discussions and meetings related to operational improvements 
• and business initiatives.
• Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

3. Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the OTC team.
• Support project-related activities and departmental initiatives as assigned.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

Education

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in commerce, 
• Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and 

Outlook.

• Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with shared services or finance operations processes is a plus.
