Project Tittle: Report Automation using AI or Power BI
Description: Cost Tracking report

- Weekly spending trend Vs budget

- Analysis by cost category

- Monthly spending trend Vs budget and reconciliation between 2 different systems , identify missing CC and GL

- Consolidate close, budget and  site reportings
 

Scope:
- Finance and IT
 

Supporting Team:

- IT, AI, Finance /Acct, Operation team

Deliverables:

- Able to automate the Weekly spending and analysis by first 3 months

- Able to automate reconciliation between diff financial system by Month 5

- Able to learn SAP, SAPC

Stretch Goal:

- Able to support on consolidated close and budget slide for Corporate reporting

Requirement

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance

- Have a foundation on PowerBI or have experience in creating dashboards

- Preferably 6 months of internship
