Essential Functions

Paid internship working in Endpoint Systems at EMC

Learns EMC and departmental culture, structure, and functions across branches

Images, installs, and maintains PCs, laptops, and other hardware
-
Maintains asset management by checking in new equipment and decommissioning end of life assets

Collaborates with team to oversee day-to-day systems. IE: Jira ticketing, M365, Windows and Mac OS

Collaborates with team to manage endpoints through patching, security, and backups
-
Troubleshoots and problem solves common issues on endpoints
-
Coordinates shipping and receiving of team member equipment
Education & Experience:
-
Management Information Systems (MIS), computer science, or major in technical field

Completion of sophomore year preferred
-
Interest in Information Technology career

Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
